The yard had a great end to the week with 3 winners starting with Havana Ohh Na Na finally breaking his maiden under Clifford Lee for the Havana Ohh Na Na partnership. He led early on chasing the leader when shaken up over 2 Furlongs out, he was ridden out to lead well inside the finally furlong and stayed on well to win by 3/4 of a length. Well done to Emily who looks after him and rides him every day.

On Friday the John Dance owned Robotique Danseur made her debut under PJ McDonald at Newcastle. She was in touch having jumped well out of the stalls, to make smooth headway over 2 Furlongs out, she was shaken up inside the final furlong to lead and kept on well towards the finish winning by a length and 3/4 to her closest rival, Elikapeka. Well done to Charlie who rides her everyday and to Lucy who looks after her.

Lastly on Saturday, the first day of the flat season, Astro Jakk also made his debut for John Dance and this time Clifford Lee rode. They made the trip to Southwell where he chased the leaders to take close order half way, he then became prominent and shaken up by Clifford over 2 Furlongs out where he went a close second 1 Furlong out to lead and driven out near the finish to win by 1 Length. Well done to Donovan who looks after him and the rest of the team at home!
