AYR WESTERN MEETING
Tue, Oct 28, 2014
We enjoyed a successful Ayr western meeting with LOSTOCK HALL winning the two year old maiden under Danny Tudhope, he is a lovely scopey son of our very own Lord Shanakill who we expect to strengthen up through the winter and be a better horse next year.

TICKING KATIE then won the One mile Handicap making it a very good day for owners ONTOAWINNER who watched TOOCOOLFORSCHOOL galvanize his opposition at Newbury in the Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes under a front running ride from Silvester de Sousa. TOOCOOLFORSCHOOL who has been a fantastic two year this season was purchased relatively cheaply at the breeze ups has gone from strength to strength and we are really looking forward to his three year old career.

BARON RUN back at his beloved Hamilton added another win to his name under his regular jockey Joey Haynes, he loves the track and has now won four times there.
TRUANCY Sells for £140,000 at the Doncaster horse in training sale...
Wed, Sept 10, 2014
TRUANCY Sells for £140,000 at the Doncaster horse in training sale purchased by agent Conrad Allen to go to race in Qatar, he won his last four races for us and has done nothing but improve this season we wish his new connections plenty of luck with him.

FIDELMA MOON a lovely big scopey filly by Dylan Thomas made her second racecourse experience a winning one when taking the novice event under Joey Haynes. She is a filly who should be better next year and with her big frame she should make up into a lovely three year old. We are delighted for her part owners The Mount Racing Club as they have been very patient over the years and deserve success.

YOURARTISONFIRE ran another good race at Haydock dropping back to seven furlongs didnt suit as he was outpaced early and ran on well to take third in the final strides. MALLYMKUN owned by Ray Bailey a great supporter to Spigot Lodge also ran a galant race in third after being a bit short of room in the middle of the race, it was only her second start and she should come on for the experience.

INTENSE TANGO the imposing daughter of Mastercraftsmen finished second to an extremely well bred son of Galileo back at Haydock where she won a couple of weeks ago. She looks a very progressive stayer.

HOUSEMAKER finished second again this time at Leicester she ran another good race but probably hit the front a little to soon and showed signs of greeness allowing a late finisher to pip her on the line.
TRUANCY makes it four wins in a row!
Wed, Sept 3, 2014
TRUANCY makes it four wins in a row under a skillful ride from Joey Haynes to take the feature class 2 handicap at Beverley, he now heads to Doncaster Bloodstock sales on Thursday.

ODELIZ was unlucky once again having been placed in stall 1 she couldn't get an ideal position early on in the race and found herself trapped on the rail, she then had to weave her way in the final two furlongs to get some racing room where she galloped on well to take second. She really needs some luck in running and having been placed all year she deserves to get her head in front.

BARON RUN back at his beloved Hamilton took the sprint series final making all the running under Joey Haynes, he seems to thrive at the scottish track and made it four wins there.
TOOCOOLFORSCHOOL won his maiden at Ripon in great style...
Wed, Aug 27, 2014
TOOCOOLFORSCHOOL won his maiden at Ripon in great style under Ben Curtis and then went on to finish second beaten only a neck in the Group 3 Albonny at York.

TRUANCY made it three wins in a row when winning under a fine ride from Joey Haynes at Ripon. He has been a model of consistency and has progressed throughout the year he now heads to the Doncaster Horse in training sale.

ARTHUR MARTINLEAKE won his maiden at Yarmouth under Ben Curtis having previously been placed in two maidens.

INTENSE TANGO won her first race, she is a big strong late developing filly that should keep improving.

GLASGOW GAILES took the maiden at Windsor, he is a lovely american bred colt that was purchased from the breeze ups.

MYSTIC & ARTIST won her maiden on the soft ground at Ayr under a front running ride from Danny Tudhope, she pulled 5 lengths clear of the well backed favorite of Charlie Hill's. She clearly enjoyed the step up in trip and the soft ground.
JAY KAY made it a double up at Ayr when also scoring in impressive style under another front running ride this time by Joey Haynes.
JAY KAY then scored for a second time a week later at Leicester.

FELIX LEITER made it three wins in a row when taking the Nottingham nursery in good style and then the York nursery at the Ebor meeting. He is an exceptionally tough colt who battles hard.

CAPRIOR BERE gives us a french winner when taking the conditions race at Vichy. He made the long journey worth while. He is a colt we have always thought alot of and should go on to bigger and better things.

FRONTLINE PHANTOM gives our yard apprentice Pete Sword two wins when scoring at Doncaster and then Yarmouth two days later.

RITA'S BOY finally got his head in front at Southwell after being unlucky not to win on his first two races having been very slow out of the stalls and giving many lengths away on both occasions.

GREY SENSATION won nicely at the third time of asking at Newcastle it has taken him a few runs to know what its all about and the penny dropped this time and he won by three lengths.
